Asda Reader Survey – Terms & Conditions

By entering this survey, you confirm that the information you provide will be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Participants who complete this survey may enter a prize draw to win the prize in the survey description. The full terms and conditions of this prize draw are set out below.

  1. The promoter is Our Media Limited (company number 05715415) with its registered address at Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4ST (the “Promoter”).
  2. This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 or over, including the Channel Islands, except the promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members. No purchase is necessary.
  3. The opening date for entries is 1pm on Tuesday 4th November 2025. The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on Wednesday 31st December 2025.
  4. By entering the prize draw, the participants agree:
    1. to be bound by these terms and conditions;
    2. that, unless they have expressly indicated otherwise in writing, their surname and county of residence will be released if they win a prize; and
    3. to the use of their name, county of residence and photo being used in publicity relating to the promotion.
  5. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
  6. Each individual who successfully completes the survey may enter this prize draw by providing their name and email address at the end of the survey. Maximum one entry per peson per prize draw. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
  7. Survey results may be screened for quality checking at the discretion of the Promoter. Inaccurate or incomplete survey responses by participants will not be eligible for participation in the prize draw.
  8. First prize will be a £250 Asda gift card, 2nd prize will be a £50 Asda gift card, and 3rd prize will be a £25 Asda gift card. Gift cards must be redeemed before their expiry date, and in accordance with the terms quoted on the individual vouchers.   9. Entrants must supply Our Media with their name and email address. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Privacy Policy (https://policies.ourmedia.co.uk/privacy-policy/) to administer the prize draw. Entrants’ survey responses may be used by Asda Stores Limited as the data controller for their own research purposes in accordance with Asda’s Privacy Policy https://www.asda.com/privacy.
  10. The winning entrants will be the first 3 drawn at random from all the entries after the closing date. The draw will be made no sooner than 6:00am on 2nd January 2026 and no later than 11:59pm on 30th January 2026.
  11. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner(s) is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered.
  12. The winners will be notified within 28 days of the close of the promotion by email. If a winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 7 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-draw an alternative winner.
  13. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable or refundable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
  14. The name and county of residence of the winners will be available by sending an SAE to Our Media Limited, Branded Content, Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4ST within two months of the closing date of the promotion.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  16. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries, or costs associated with entry. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of receipt.
  17. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the prize draw or occurring to the winners arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
  18. The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
